The pack’s content : carburetor fittings + Needle jet So we start by just disassemble the reservoir and air filter housing.
I – Change carburetor fittings
I.a – Move the ramp carburetors
Move the ramp carburetors. To do this you will need to disconnect some hoses like the hose of vat’s reheating.
I.b – Unscrew the clamps of the carburetors fittings
We unscrew the clamps of the carburetors fittings.
I.c – Change the carburetors fittings by the restrained models
We pull out the former carburetors in order to replace its by the newer.

II – Change needle jet
II.a – Remove the vacuum membranes
We move the vacuum membranes in order to have an access to the fixing of the needle jet. To do this you have to unscrew the two screws. After removing the membrane you have access to the plastic part that guides bushels.
II.b – Removing the carburetor’s vat
We move the va to have an access to the fixing of the needle jet. To do this you have to unscrew the four screws.
II.c – Removing the fixating bolt of the needle jet
Unscrew the bolt that secures the needle jet with a 8 box wrench.
II.d – Change the needle jet
Finally, we replace the ramp, we do a carburetor synchronization and an adjustment of the air screw.
